Where we move
Ideal for creating a dancer’s long lean silhouette, Barre improves posture and flexibility, and enhances muscle tone and definition. Using isometric movements where the body stays almost motionless but you contract specific muscles, using your own body weight as resistance.
Pilates Matwork classes are a great way to get in touch with your body. Our classes focus on creating a balance in the body, strengthening the core postural muscles and working on co-ordination and stability. They can also make you feel great!
Reformer and Studio Pilates use the Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair which have springs, pulleys, bars and straps to assist movement, create tension and allow muscles and joints to lengthen and move in ways not possible on the mat.
1:1 Private Pilates’ sessions are probably the fastest way to achieving your Pilates’ goals.
We will happily work with your osteopath, physiotherapist and other medical professionals to reach the best and fastest results for our you.
Private Fitness Sessions are a great way to improve your fitness for either a specific goal, weight loss or to do something for yourself!
