As we are in a National Tier 4 we cannot offer any group classes indoors but we shall continue to offer online classes as we have previously done.
We are also not able to offer 1:1 sessions to keep you moving and the Studio open.

We run Pilates mat-work classes 7 days a week so there is always one you can join. All classes are at a general level, so you can join any class as long as you've completed our 4 week beginners' course or Private Intro to Pilates' package or have some previous experience of Pilates. You are not committed to attending the same class each week so you can try out different classes and teachers to find the ones that suit you best.

We believe that class size makes a difference to the way you experience Pilates and therefore limit the size of all our mat-work classes to 12. In this way you can be sure of attention from the teacher which will help you with your practice as you progress.

We offer you the flexibility to choose which day and time class you wish to attend and then simply use the on-line booking system to sign up…
You are not committed to the same time class each week or even to attend every week. You can buy a single session or 5, 10, 15 or 20! the more you buy the cheaper it is! Then book on to a particular class at your convenience.
If there is a place in the class you can join up to 5 minutes before the class starts.
We offer private sessions in Pilates Matwork and Pilates Studio Equipment that are tailored to meet your individual needs. They might be sports or movement specific, post trauma or surgery. Each session is 1 hour long and we will work with you to achieve your aims.
