Private Fitness Sessions are a great way to improve your fitness for either a specific goal, weight loss or to do something for yourself!
We will get your heart rate raised and your body pumping with our fitness session. It is a Private session so it’s just you and the instructor in the Studio but there’s nowhere to hide.
What will the session involve?
Each session will be tailored to you and your goals. We will then build upon your current fitness level using a mixture of aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training and flexibility.
The Studio has a rowing machine, spin bike, turbo trainer, free weights as well as pieces of equipment to perform body weight exercises.
Each session will be different, fun, but hard work. Fitness gains can only be achieved through progressive overload.
