Private sessions can be booked by finding a free appointment space online or by contacting us directly by e-mail as we may be able to jiggle things around to accommodate you!
Private Intro to Matwork Pilates
This is the ideal way to start your Pilates' journey as you are assured of individual attention. Your teacher will assess your postural type and observe your range of movement in addition to discussing any specific rehabilitation needs you may have. This is available for new clients who have not done Pilates before or who wish to refresh their practice, after a break. It consists of 2 x 1 hour 1:1 sessions and 2 Matwork classes. If you and a friend want to start Pilates, then why not consider a shared private introduction to Pilates?
These are ideal if you are looking to achieve a specific training aim or are post-trauma or post-surgery and want to include Pilates on your rehab programme. Each session lasts 1 hour.

Introduction to Pilates Matwork 4 Week Course
If you’re new to Pilates and would prefer a group class to a private session then why not book on our 4 week beginners’ mat work block? Check the schedule to see start dates for each block and book yourself on, subject to availability. Class sizes are limited and you will be taught the fundamental Pilates’ principles. After completing this course you can book yourself on ANY class at the studio.

Pilates Reformer & Studio Equipment Classes
If you’ve done some matwork Pilates, then you are ready to take your Pilates’ practice to a whole new level by using the reformer and Pilates’ apparatus. They may look scary but this was the original Pilates as Joseph Pilates intended it to be: the matwork was actually the homework he set his clients! In small classes, (a maximum of 4), you can be assured of individual attention and see and feel the results very quickly. The apparatus is addictive!

Introduction to Reformer 4 Week Course
If you've done mat-work Pilates, you are ready to try the reformer! This is the original Pilates' equipment (the mat-work was the homework!) and although it may look frightening, it's actually what we use with our rehab/post-op clients as it targets precise muscles. The Reformer will take your Pilates practice to a whole new level as you work against resistance and discover muscles you didn't know you had. In this 4-week course, you will be in a small class (max of 4) with other reformer beginners: it's the ideal intro if you are a bit nervous of the trying the equipment.

4 Week Course
For those clients who attend regularly, our monthly pass is by far the cheapest way of doing Pilates at the studio. Just choose which pass you think works best for you and sign up now. Credits can’t be carried over from month to month or refunded if you don’t use them, but you can cancel at any time so if there’s a month when, for example, you will be on holiday you won’t waste money. Please be aware that this is a recurring monthly payment until you cancel it. You will not receive a receipt each month.
One you have bought a class you are able to choose the day and time of class you wish to attend.You are not committed to the same time class each week or even to attend every week. We have clients who attend one class every 2/3 weeks as their busy life allows, just remember to give at least 24 hours' notice if you can't attend the class or you will lose the credit, whatever the circumstances, as it is very difficult for us to re-sell the space with short notice.
For 4 week beginners' courses. you have to give us at least 7 days' notice if you can't attend the course and would like a refund as it is very difficult for us to resell a space on a course with less than a week's notice. We will try, wherever possible, to transfer you to the next course, if there's space. If you have to miss a week of the beginner's course - for whatever reason - then we cannot refund you the week or let you make up the class as the courses run discretely.

o No refunds will be given on class passes or blocks, once purchased.
24-hour Cancellation Policy:
A 24-hour advance cancellation period applies to all sessions (group classes or private) for any cancellation, rescheduled or no show.
All bookings and cancellations must be made through your on-line account.
Payment for classes should be made on-line at the time of booking. We are unable to take card payments in the studio.
