  • Take your Pilates to the next level with our Reformer classes. The class is a challenging but fun workout with exercises on all of the Pilates apparatus. These include: Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze table, Chair, Ladder barrel, Ped-o-pull as well as other small props.

  • We believe that class size makes a difference to the way you experience Pilates and therefore limit the size of all our Matwork classes to ten. This way you can be sure of attention from the teacher which will help you with your practice as you progress.

  • We offer you the flexibility to choose which day and time class you wish to attend and then simply use the on-line booking system to sign up…

    You are not committed to the same time class each week or even to attend every week.  You can buy a single session or 5 and then book on to a particular class at your convenience.

    If there is a place in the class you can join up to 5 minutes before the class starts.

  • Why not join our beginners Pilates course? It's the perfect way to find out if Pilates is for you! The class happens each Tuesday evening at 7pm and the next 4 week block starts on Tuesday 6th September.

    Once you feel you understand the basics and the teacher agrees you can join any Pilates class on the timetable.

    You need to book onto the class in advance on the website.
