• It's back to school and here at BMS we have lots of new classes starting!

    * Matt Gilkes will be teaching a new Friday, 09.30, Pilates mat class (suitable for all except for beginners) starting on Sept 9th

    * Jo Palmer will be teaching a new beginners' Pilates 4-week block on a Tues at 19.00, starting Sept 6th

    * Susie Heyworth will be teaching a new beginners' Pilates drop-in class on Saturdays at 10.30, starting 10th Sept.

    * Jo Patrick will be teaching a new Vinyasa Flow yoga class on Sundays, 15.00-16.00, starting on Sept 11th.

     All Pilates classes are bookable through our website and the Yoga class can be booked by contacting Jo directly on 07878631158 or freefloeyoga@gmail.com

  • We believe that class size makes a difference to the way you experience Pilates and therefore limit the size of all our Matwork classes to ten. This way you can be sure of attention from the teacher which will help you with your practice as you progress.

    Pilates Classes

  • We offer you the flexibility to choose which day and time class you wish to attend and then simply use the on-line booking system to sign up…

    You are not committed to the same time class each week or even to attend every week.  You can buy a single session or 5 and then book on to a particular class at your convenience.

    If there is a place in the class you can join up to 5 minutes before the class starts.

  • Why not join our beginners Pilates course? It's the perfect way to find out if Pilates is for you! The class happens each Tuesday evening at 7pm and the next 4 week block starts on Tuesday 6th September.

    Once you feel you understand the basics and the teacher agrees you can join any Pilates class on the timetable.

    You need to book onto the class in advance on the website.

    Beginners Pilates

  • We offer private sessions in Pilates Matwork and Pilates Studio Equipment that are tailored to meet your individual needs. They might be sports or movement specific, post trauma or surgery. Each session is 1 hour long and we will work with you to achieve your aims.
